Ok, first, we ain’t McDonalds

Second, I don’t even keep track, but by my estimate we have sold around 300,000 muffins via our cafe’s, wholesale accounts and caterings over the last 3 years…. that’s a pretty big number when you think about it.

And by my fancy calculus, over 100,000 of these muffins have been VEGAN!

Oh Lord, I wouldn’t have thought 3 years ago I would be touting this, as Tim LOVES the meat, people…. but hey, they are damn good vegan muffins and people hunger for the “vitamins in every bite” that these lovely puppies offer up.

Thanks to all who love to stay healthy AND eat well at the same time. Long life to the Vegans!

Thanks Jim Mills of Produce Express for reminding me again this year that David Elliot and Sons at Stillwater Orchards in Courtland are producing some of the best pears anywhere.

As a result, we have produced a Pear-Ginger scone, using only the freshest ingredients, including Ginger Root that we candy in-house.
