- Have fun! Love what we do. Life is short. If we’re going to dedicate a large chunk of our waking hours to something, we better enjoy it. (Oh, We Do!)

- Constant education. We want to always learn more about artisan coffee and bread. We’re good today; tomorrow, we’ll be even better.
- Nurture a vibrant and independent food and business culture in our community and abroad. We want only the best for the millions of hands around the world that make our passion for great coffee possible and will strive to improve their lives in any way we can. Our bread will be prepared with ingredients that are local, fresh and made with love.
The Mission
- Promote the celebration by all for our daily coffee and bread, and to better appreciate what they really are–delicate, complex food products justly elevated above commoditization, as beautiful and rare as fine wine.
- Expand the Old Soul brand and philosophy. Laugh and love, creating an Old Soul culture.
